Is the first event really free?

Yes — completely free, no credit card required. You get 5 GB storage and 30 days of active access. It's a one-time offer per account so you can try the full selfie face-match workflow with real guests before spending anything.

How long is an event active?

Free and Standard events are active for 30 days. Branding events are active for 60 days. Your dashboard shows a warning 5 days before expiry so you have time to renew. After the grace period, all photos are permanently deleted.

Can I renew an event?

Yes — Standard and Branding events can be renewed from the event settings page. Renewal adds the full retention period on top of your current expiry at the same price as activation. Free plan events cannot be renewed.

What are Boost Packs?

Boost Packs let you add extra storage to any active event without changing your plan. Boost (+10 GB, ₹299), Pro Boost (+25 GB, ₹599), and Max Boost (+50 GB, ₹999). Pro Boost is the most popular for multi-day weddings and festival shoots.

What does the Branding plan change?

On the Branding plan, the guest-facing event page shows your logo and brand name instead of Snapora's. The QR code is fully customisable — dot style, colours, gradients, and your logo in the centre. You also get 60-day retention instead of 30.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, cards, and netbanking for INR payments, and cards for USD payments. Choose your currency with the toggle above.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are non-refundable once an event is activated, as photo processing begins immediately. See our Refund Policy for full details, or contact support@snapora.photos with specific situations.

What is Enterprise for?

Enterprise is for high-volume studios — large wedding agencies, corporate event companies, or festival organisers needing custom storage, longer retention, full white-label branding, and volume discounts. Email enterprise@snapora.photos and we'll build a plan around your shoots.
